Joshua Dughi
Director of Operations

Certifications: CISSP, CCNP, CCNA, JNCIA, CIPT, CCIE Security (Written)

Josh has more than 10 years experience in network infrastructure support, with a significant portion of that time spent in network administration. He has worked for such Managed Network Services (MNS) industry leaders as IBM and AT&T. He is proficient in the use of enterprise-level tools for problem trouble-shooting and remediation. Josh has successfully led many network teams in critical outage situations, the most notable being finding a quick solution to an outage that affected national advertising during a Super Bowl. He did this while supporting the Cingular account. While Josh was employed as the technical lead and project manager at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS, he directed a team of eleven engineers who migrated a 10,000 user, 100 building military base from an ATM LANE core to a GigabitEthernet core.. This task was successfully accomplished in a 10 hour change window.  While with IBM Global Services he performed RCA’s (Root Cause Analysis) on Sev-1/Crit-Sit problems for management review.  His RCA reports also included “lessons learned” to guide network engineers in procedures to avoid future incidents. He also has considerable experience as a network security architect. He has worked for the State of Colorado’s CISO and the Governor’s office to remediate vulnerabilities as prescribed by new Federal DHS mandate. He helped codify policies and participated in task force which created a risk-based gap analysis report for use by the CISO.
